Request for cancellation must be in writing via email to matianyi@mail.ustc.edu.cn, and are subject to the following schedule:

Received by July 14:
International and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan Registration: full refund less $45 administrative fee;
Domestic registration: full refund less 300 Yuan RMB administrative fee.

Received between July 15 – July 26:
International and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan Registration: full refund less $90 administrative fee;
Domestic registration: full refund less 600 Yuan RMB administrative fee.

Cancellation requests after July 26: Cancellation requests received beginning July 27 will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee.

Please mention that you will attend ICSF2024 to get the special room rates.
